I am at the settlement and it is deserted the quest giver is not there (you can see his marker but when you get to him it says Tree Minder (dead) so the area is still black and I cannot complete any quests there?? anyone else having this problem?
Edit. After logging off for a bit and coming back online it has fixed itself, now there is a body there for me to interact with
