Ash Cloud/Cinder Storm target = self

When I was theory crafting my character before launch, I had thought that ash cloud and cinder storm would be self targeted like magma armor, and therefore the effect would be centered on you and move with you for the duration. It turns out the effect is actually ground targeted slightly in front of wherever your character is when you cast the ability. Just a thought to the devs to change the ability or make one of the morphs add the functionality I was hoping for.
