I love this ability and it is what makes the vampire viable for AOE and also role play type things. Would love this to get fixed ASP.

Which would explain why more than 30% of cyrodiil is already a vampire, although it's not so easy to become one.
I think the nerfbat will swing before they fix anything related to mechanics.1 -
