New patch about 4 days ago has lowered my fps average a lot!

Please help me, my Fps used to be a minimum of 30ish in The Rift, but now ever since some ninja patch or patch about 5 days ago my fps has gone to as low as 18fps and staying around 26 fps! This is also in The Rift, but now im in Glenumbra veteran rank zone since im lvl48 and completed the main quests.

But it really feels like a patch has made my average fps lower, I don't know what you've done Zenimax but my computer is performering badly ever since that patch 5 days/ 1 week ago. And before that I was having excellent decent fps in Stonefalls, with always around minimum 40fps and often maximum 66 fps or more.

It just feels like a patch has messed something up in regards to performance in the game!

My specs are:

Crossfire 6950's 2gb ( I know crossfire doesn't work yet)

Phenom II x4 3,6ghz

16gb ram

Win7 64-bit

I dropped about 20-30 fps on average since the hotfix as well. I have updated add ons and clean computer. My average in towns (40-50) and outside (55-70) is still good but I use to be 70 in towns and 99 outside of towns so not sure what happened.

I got a boost of 50% with the latest patch, so its definitely not the client. Ultra settings all maxed out --> (40 towns, 50-60 open world, 100 dungeons) Either outdated drivers or addons on your side.

I run a 6970 which are the same as the 6950, so its definitely on your end dude.

The game stutters while my fps does not record it a drop in fps. Its like 2-3 second freezes regularly. I never had lag or crashing or stuttering in this game until the patch. I dont have a launcher or anything running in the background and i disabled all my addons. This problem is client side. Im using blast internet from comcast with notifications on outages and one click refresh signals. If its me, then its something in the patch that changed what it wants from my hardware. I may have to rollback drivers to get this game to work again.

What you describe is what I had before the patch, so I know how annoying it can be.

But with the patch it all disappeared, strange indeed.
