What level does the Coldharbour Quests/Zone begin?

I'm curious what level we start the final Coldharbour zone.
I am level 45, just finished defeating Mannimarco and joined the Prophet and his group as one of the Five.

I was expecting to have the Prophet pop up and call me back to The Harborage to begin the next zone (Coldharbour) but nothing...

I have finished all (Ebonheart Pact) zones/stories, the Fighter's Guild and Mage's Guild stories.
Do I grind to level 50 now? There doesn't seem to be any more quests after The Rift; either that or maybe I'm bugged?

Well apparently I was bugged.
I had to restart my client and the next quest appeared in my journal.

In case it happens to anyone else, I had to completely restart the client for the questline to be added to my journal. A simple relog didn't do it.

Coldharbour starts after you finish last main quest in your respective highest level zone. It has nothing to do with your level, or if you finished the companion quest.

I went in at level 37.
