I got this after finishing a quest but I don't what is its purpose, my character is sparkling when I used it but I don't what it does.

BETAOPTICS✭✭✭Yes, there will be more. I believe I received the second last or last one today myself. Some of them are missing a lot of features though so when they should do something nifty, you see a ? icon where there should be a icon and you can not even use it, not alone would it actually do anything. It is just a item with ? logo and a name, taking up your space.0 -
