Khenarthi's Roost - Indefinite Loading Screens
Hello. First off, I apologize if there is already a post with the same (or similar) problem. I searched, but could not locate any such topic.
I seem to be having a problem loading into a zone. I made a new character, but I can't progress. Unfortunately, after I speak with Sugar-Claws after leaving the boat in Vulkhel Guard, I am stuck on a loading screen for Khenarthi's Roost. Because I am stuck on this seemingly unending load screen, I cannot log-out. When I restart my client and log back in, I'm still next to Sugar-Claws.
This isn't the first time this has happened. I've experienced drawn out loading times for Khenarthi's Roost when using the Wayshrine network on another character. Is there any way I can resolve this issue? Have other people had this problem? I have a decent internet speed/connection, so I'm not quite sure what could be causing this.

Edit: I seem to be fine loading the zone if I don't alt-tab out of the game while on the loading screen. If this is indeed the problem, it's rather crippling for anyone who does this constantly.
