So I'm towards the end of Reaper's March right now. I've filled in most of the map, and I've done quite a few unmarked quests. I'm up to the main quest Valley of Blades, and I only have a few remaining Reaper's March quests - Down the Skeever Hole(which is still bugged, it seems), and that supposedly bugged Moonmont quest that I was never given nor could find when sent to Moonmont by another quest.
The problem is, I'm only Lv.40 now, close to 41. I did get lazy with the guild quests and some earlier bugged quests(certainly cause for a level or two)but now I can't seem to find any level-appropriate quests. I've only just stepped into Cyrodiil though and haven't done much of the PVP stuff.
So, am I going to be stuck grinding enemies/PVP to 45? Or is there enough EXP via Cyrodiil quests/exploration/Dungeons to make up for my mistakes? Any suggestions on leveling to 45 from this point?

✭✭✭I'm pretty sure the Cyrodiil quests scale to you're level. Or rather, they are all level 50, but so are you while you are in Cyrodiil. Expli✭Cyrodiil is a good option. Incase you still have Dungeons/Quests in old areas, you can also run those. Even if they're grey, they still grant you xp. Not quite sure on the amount, but i believe its allways the same, it just wont level you up 20% because you need much more xp for a level now.0 -

AlchemyDevil✭✭✭It seems like you have missed a bit of content. I would venture back into your past 3 zones at least and do a bit of exploration. You will probably find some quest givers hidden away in the corners of some of those zones. I have spoken to many players that have never done a single day of pvp and are still at the appropriate level for each zone just making sure they clear the entire zone before leaving to move onto the next.0

Krovax✭Down the skeever hole is working, did it yesterday after the 2nd serverdown. It is still flawed, as when you kill the captain and head on to the burial room, you get turned around after using the door, even though it feels like you just zoned. Use it again and you'll end up in the correct room and are able to finish the quest there. Hope that helps for at least that quest.Edited by Krovax on 16 April 2014 10:060
