My account bmcbmc16 has been suspended for 10 day's as of now for what i was told violating terms of service for rude behavior yet i can promise you i never was rude and rarely wrote in chat unless to sell something. confused on why i got banned and so far it's been 10 days while i wait for a ban appeal to be processed,
I am current permanently suspended from the game for something i didn't commit it took me multiple try's to even get why i was banned i even had a service rep send me his command prompt for how to handle phone call's see below, and also was told by customer support to file a ban appeal
when i asked what i was banned for they told me my account was permanently disabled and wouldn't tell me why, i played WOW for 7 year's never one ban play this game for 4 days banned instantly with no warning as to why.
until dragging it out of them i was on the phone "HOLD" for over 4 hour's to be told my issue has been escalated and should be processed shortly that was 5 day's ago I'm at a lost for word's regarding customer support hopefully i can get some answer's on here as to what my next move should be. Also before i got banned was playing right up until maintenance server went down and when it came back online i was banned .
Also cussing in a game that has a chat filter to allow you to see and not see the cuss word's confuses me if/when you do say something your banned also in a game that is rated mature i do understand there is a difference in how you can be rude but just stating this is the only thing i can think of.

Glory to Mauloch!
I am writing to inform you that we have received a complaint about your behaviour in chat. Please bear in mind that vulgar language and harassment of any kind are a violation of our code of conduct.
We want to make ESO an enjoyable experience for yourself and all other players. While we're certainly not the thought police, this does mean that we need to uphold a minimum of etiquette in local and zone chat. I would ask for your understanding in this matter and that you please refrain from further violations of the code of conduct.
Furthermore, I need to advise you that subsequent violations of the code of conduct may result in a temporary suspension or a permanent ban of your account.
For this reason, I would like to draw your attention to our Terms of Service and ask you to please abide by them in the future:

You can find the code of conduct under section 8.

How to get DXDiag information over the phone:
A. Ask for the customer to press the Windows Key (between control and alt) and the R key at the same time
B. This should bring up a window that says Run. In Run, type the following: DXDiag (delta, x-ray, delta, indigo, alpha, golf), press Enter
C. Might ask "do you want to digitally sign drivers," just say no
D. A DXDiag window should now be on the screen
E. On the top, select the Display tab
F. On the right beneath Drivers, ask for the date
G. Drivers should be WITHIN THE LAST 2 MONTHS of THIS YEAR. 09/xx/2013 or later. (US Date format)
H. On the left, under Device there is a place for "Name," this is their video card
1. When you receive a DXDiag in an email, check the video card drivers and make sure that they are within date. Under the "Display Devices" section, about 20 lines down you'll find "Driver Date/Size." This date should be within the last 2 months or later. Anything before 9/xx/2013 needs to be updated (US date format)
2. Also make sure their video card meets the minimum requirements to run the game. We do not support Integrated video cards. This includes anything that has Intel in it (ex: Intel HD Graphics X000, Mobile Intel Express Chipset, etc), any Nvidia card that says nForce (ex: Nvidia Geforce 6150SE nforce 430) or any ATI card that has a LETTER after the name (Radeon HD 4200D).
If they are using an integrated chipset, you can express to the customer that their computer does not meet the requirements to run the game smoothly as it does not have a dedicated video card installed. We do not have minimum requirements to give out just yet, but Skyrim's requirements are a good place to start (DirectX 9.0c compatible video card with 512mb of dedicated video memory.)
