Looking for a guild

Looking for a guild to ease the inability to find people to do the group content in game.
People who know to roll out of the big red AoE instead of taking it to the face.
People who can catch on to game mechanics like block and interrupt.
People who can understand that you need to kill the additions to the fight that heal the boss (even interrupting them to stop the healing process)
People who will go back and complete lower level dungeons to get the completion and increase undaunted guild level.

Any out there?
Also having a decent guild store would be nice....
I have not picked a home for alliance war yet and looking forward to doing some sieging.
