5 days and I still cant play the game... After buying the standard digital download the money and subscription has been taking out of my bank account. My Elder Scrolls account says I have not purchased anything so I have spoken to support online. They said yes you have purchased the game as I sent them the game order number, they said someone will get back to me within the next 24 hours and sort it out so 3 days after that phone call no email nothing!
No support they have taken my money wasted my time and under the Sale of goods Act 1979 your braking the law with my product. I want some answers now.
