I did get my answer to multiple ticket in less than 4 hours, I think it all depend when you send it and how many employees are busy. I strongly disagree to call them bad support.

you must be VERY, VERY lucky, I have waited several days for response, said someone was going to help me in-game, nothing, cannot get a call back, and this thread is absolute proof, as they STILL Have not helped me.

Communication would be nice, if they do no want to help because they are busy trying to fix it or they just don't care, do not tell me you are going to send an agent to help me, and none comes, especially in a public forum ...

I think we should get another 30 days though or at least a couple weeks, see what their first ACTUALY patch does and how if affects the game, then go from there. Im not giving up, game has potential, it sucks they released the game so vanilla, and won't even reset zones to help fix bugs, as I bet that's all a lot of zones needs, or spawn mobs for people, or have a GM at certain known bugged quests to help people.

There is so many ways to prevent being backed up from the same issues, yet they won't do it... But again time will tell and so far customer support is a joke and doesn't seem to know or want to do anything to help, even help themselves reduce on the same issues... Seriously again, I have suggested it before and will keep doing, PUT A GAME MANAGER OR SUPPORT STAFF AT A KNOWN BUGGED QUESTS OR A FEW ROAMING THEM TO ASSIST PEOPLE HAVING ISSUES... Some issues include not know where to go after a dropped quest because the quest cannot even show you where to go. If they were pro-active, it would solve a lot of issues and make a lot of people happier... Again communication would be VERY NICE.

Also I know people threaten to quit all the time but you didnt drop all that money on the box to quit the first month. Most do not follow through.

I shouldn't respond to you, but I will, just once ...

I never threatened to quit, I am asking why I should sub, so far there is no reason to sub and pay for game time, that I see ... The game has potential but the customer service is terrible, isn't proactive, lies. And with all the mmos and competition, out there, and all the players with other established MMO accounts, these guys need to make incentive to play. The request for more game time, is so that the can prove to people that they can actually patch correctly without breaking the game, and in this games vanilla state, what it has to offer with the adventure zones. They are nerfing XP for vet ranks to delay people having nothing to do, but world PvP.

The way this game is currently ran, I am sure myself, like many others are going to find it hard to put money on this game ( some people don't have as much money as others to spend on games), and currently see no reason to pay for another 30 days just to see if zenimax will get theirselves together. So far every patch has been minor, and has broken more than it has fixed. If they offer another 10 free days or so after their initial big patch, it will help the player base and those people who do not wish to resub...

if you want to blindly toss money in hopes that things will change, first impressions are everything, you go ahead, that's your right, me personally I find myself asking why I should pay more, when so far I have gotten very little for my money.

Again with all the examples of success and failure in MMOS, I understand you cannot please everyone, but you can certainly do your research, and know what the majority of players want and appease them, releasing this game so plain and vanilla in comparison to what they could have done, is just a joke and poor development in my opinion. Then the lack of apparent care, and where is the post on what their future plans on and expected date of certain content to allow.

Like not having a dueling system in the game, WHAT MMO DOESNT NOW , ESPECIALLY one that claims to be PVP focused !?!?! NO mini-games, I can understand not having arena right away. Look at Guild wars 2, you can make a1 level 1 do pvp mini games, and test EVERY ABILITY/WEAPON before you even level your character. Lots of people like theorycrafting and testing, what better way? WoW and Everquest have been around for a long time for a reason, why wouldn't zenimax look at see why they were successful, and why certain MMOS lost mass fanbases. And again as I said so many well established MMOS with people that have established accounts to go back to... With that said, do you not think expectations for newer MMOS are huge ?? Whats the next everquest going to be like, and how many plan to play that? Zenimax needs to give the fanbase a reason to play this game over current and future games....
