ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SUPPORT....

    I am in same boat same *** response nothing happens bugged main quests cant do *** ive allrdy done what one person suggested collect all skyshards in zones that i could, now i am just waiting to go to vet zones/dungeons. Ive also joined grinding groups to lvl up my Class skills that i unlocked from new skyshards and make money. Can only do that *** for so long and yes pvp but i want to go further in the game with Vet dungeons/zones. Need more sky shards for more builds damnt.

    The support is just trying to do their job(they're probably very backed up with all the tickets), please give them some time. =)

    These discussions about the game should be had by people who have a vested interest in the game. If you got a refund then you have stated you have no interest in the game anymore. Noone who has not bought a box has an account here. This forum is for paying customers not people who might buy the game. You can read yes but not post if you havent bought the game.

    Its hard for those of us who like the game and pay for it to get anything accomplished because of all the people who do NOT like the game and who do not PAY for it flooding the forums with all these negative posts.

    Some advice for you, then. Go to the other subforums, stay off Customer Service. This specific subforum is the one most likely to be filled with people complaining about things not working right, or being unable to even play the game (which is why I am here, damn Error 303). If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. There is no general discussion board, but there are plenty of other subforums with a more positive environment where people aren't coming to vent about their problems because of the giant ass Customer Service at the top.

    Nah, apparently there are non-paying customers out there bad-mouthing the game endlessly with hate posts that he is heroically arguing with. IT SEEMS TO ME that those posts are coming from current players, but what do I know. *shrug*

    An alternate perspective to consider: those folks who quit but are still posting may well be doing so because they came into the game hopeful and wanting it to be everything and a bag of chips. When they found out the chips were soggy, the sandwich was just two slices of bread with a tiny slice of ham and no cheese, and the coke was flat... they got upset, and don't want to pay for something far below what they expected based on the hype/advertisement ahead of time. Those same people may well WANT to see the game become something great, and despite not being willing to pay for something in a less-than-complete state, want to still provide some input on what they considered too broken to be worth paying for, so that ZOS can take that information into account as they fix and change things in the future. And who knows, maybe those folks who quit will see things have improved down the line correcting many of the issues complained about, and resub. Nothing wrong with that.

    Buddy... Look. I took some time. I read your last 100 comments. We both know what you're doing. You don't aim for people who have gotten a refund. Go back through your comments, take a look. What I saw was pages and pages of you trying to debunk people's complaints.

    And it bugs me! You're obviously NOT one of the idiots trolling people intentionally, but I really DO think that your comments are generally disruptive because ZO DOES NOT NEED YOU TO DEFEND THEM. Their product either will sell itself or it won't. The content of the comments I read would be GREAT content in a general discussion forum! But not CS.

    Hell, plenty of my posts are downright silly, buy it's pretty rare I feel the need to prove someone wrong. I guess you won a cookie in this case, though! :D

    I did get my answer to multiple ticket in less than 4 hours, I think it all depend when you send it and how many employees are busy. I strongly disagree to call them bad support.

    Me, I waited 2 days for my first response, which was to give me unrelated advice and close the ticket as resolved. A day later, I got to email with a live person, who asked me to explain what I needed. A day after that I got a guy that could actually handle my ticket. My request was basically to know why I should not get a refund; wanted to know anything about planned fixes, work coming up, that'd make me think the game was going to work on my computer with a FPS better than 15-20 (ran skyrim on ultra-high quite smoothly) and what I saw as some fairly serious design flaws. Not a big deal, it's called a CS save usually. I seriously, seriously wanted someone to get me any kind of info that'd make me WANT to keep the game.

    The ticket time was info that I did NOT want to keep the game, and it had nothing to do with the game itself! I honestly still miss my gimpy little Argonian Nightblade, I'm hoping this all resolves HAPPILY so that I can come back to a solid finished game with a solid, polite playerbase. :P

    They are going to leave. That is the point. If Zenimax doesnt want them to leave then zenimax will give them free time.

    Hmm. How come you spend pretty much all your time posting on threads like these, nearly always taking a contra-view to the OP, when presumably you have a current account and can play the game ?

    A previous poster has said that that he thinks you are not deliberately trolling. I agree. I don't think you have the intelligence to do that.

    Yeah, I got a PC. I just don't feel the need to post it's specifications for an ego boost.

    But there is no proof that they dont have a sub. You said it yourself. At this point we must assume that everyone has a sub because photographs and written statements are not proof. Everyone can post until we get a national registry of who does or does not have a sub.

    I am watching the argument go round and round and round, and all I can think of is this guy arguing nonstop in the Rift yesterday that he was selling vampire/ww bites, and scamming isn't a TOS violation, but he wasn't scamming, even though it wouldn't be wrong if he did.

    People with subs can post, but those without shouldn't, but those who cancelled still count as having subs despite those who may have cancelled arguing in the threads "making the forum septic". I need another beer.
