Which class is best suited for the Bow?

Besides a Knightblade, which class can benefit from a bow?

It all depends on what you want to do. I'm still fairly new, but i think it's fair to say that every class can work. There is no "best" class. It all comes down to how you want to use it.

NB, Templars, DK, and i'm sure even mages can be awesome bow users.

My main is a Templar/Bow user. With the ranged ult, ranged DOT, and ranged Debuff (which can be morphed into a PBAOE for when enemies get close), I can do some serious damage. On top of that, my second weapon set is a 2 hander (i like the barbarian vibe), with a few heals for when my party gets in trouble.

As someone who does a lot of stealthing and skirmishing with my brother, who's NB/blow, the combo works quite well.

    ^ what he said.

Any class has the capabilities of becoming effective with any kind of armour/weapon loadout. It comes down to a preferred playstyle, not what's "best".

It's definitely playstyle based. I have a templar archer and a nightblade archer and they each play slightly differently.

The NB archer can vanish and get a free Power Attack and can use Siphon at range and if the foe DOES get to melee, can lash out with the assassination to finish him off.

The Templar archer has the dot/snare ranged attack (used after a sneak power attack from the bow) and I have a heal if I need it (never have; may remove it once I get scattershot).

My sorcerer doesn't use bows just because I wanted to not have EVERYONE using a bow, but I can easily see where the Sorc would do well with a bow.

The Dragon knight seems to have more melee-centered abilities, but that can work, too. In one beta, I had an Altmer DK and I would stealth-snipe and then yank the foe to me with a flaming chain, knock him down with StoneFist and then send him skittering away with the Scattershot from the bow, etc.
