Are there no GM's to fix important bugs with characters ?

Like title say's, i'm just wondering considering that using ingame help to "ask for help" doesn't give any indications.

Aside of a estimate of 1 minute for mail that's written, and after writing my issue twice i still have to receive either a confirmation email or a answer by email.

Which is fine and dandy to report bugs, but not when it's a bug that affects your character tremendously.

And for those wondering i'm affected by a bug that is slowing my movement speed by a estimate of 80-90%.... but i guess going into detail doesn't matter here ?

    Have you tried /stuck and see if that problem persists after death?

    Not gonna lie, i did think and tried relogging , restarting client, switching zones multiple times... but not /stuck and thanks to you it worked !

    there are mods that watch these forums as well. Most of the tickets i have put in via email in game have taken about 15-20hours to respond, but its better then watching an ingame ticket for 3 hours not being able to play. Although i can see this issue messing with your gameplay =P. Hopefully a mod can comment and help you move your issue along here and get you playing again soon..
