Freezing problems, need some help

Ok, so I played this game on BETA and didn't have many problems, but my game is getting snagged or frozen whatever you want to call it and i need some help. My system is higher than recommended by ZOS and I'm having no internet connection issues. But as I am running through Tamriel my CPU is going from 60% to 100% and only the game freezes. I can still tab out and talk in vent which is the only other program i have open while i play. I really need to know if it is my hardware causing the problems or if it is the game. I'm literally taking 3 steps in game and my character freezes for 5 seconds then just repeats the process and I am also not the only person having this issue, there are 4 or 5 other people in my guild that is having the same problems.

Any known issues or fixes? I need some help because at this time i cannot play seeing as i start a fight and freeze up and by the time i come back im dead.
