Not sure what Mara's Awe Bundle is, but I doubt it's a house, so how can there be "Furnished and unfurnished versions." Pretty sure this is a typo in the February Crown Store Showcase that posted today https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/69341
