Loading Screens.

Is it just me or is there more and more loading screens popping up as you travel around ? even as I'm racing up to a dolmen an the Alik'r desert half way up the slope I get a screen pop up which freezes me for a few seconds. Going into a city yesterday I got a screen before I entered the city, one half way through the city and another leaving the city. It's never been this bad so what's going on ? .
