An error occurred...in que to login...can't connect to server...

We have two accounts and got to play for 35 min. Then booted due to "An error occurred..."
Now can't get through login que.
What was bad before yesterday now looks unfixable.
I suspect bad data arriving at server. I wouuld like to remind your programmers that TC/IP does NOT check data package integrity. If the game doesn't check every message then there will be data errors in received packages. The continuous problems this game has with servers it likely dut to accepting messages with data errore. I suggest a short course in Gibbs Entropy for your network programmers.
