If ZOS do in fact think the issues are mainly client-side, having hundreds or even thousands of people who didn't have problems to this scale 6 months ago would probably help alter the viewpoint.
If the survey is a similar format to the guild survey, with targeted questions, that’d be great.
I would also love to see some deep dives. I know it’s been brought up before, when they polled us for future deep dive topics. I walked away with the impression they were surprised that it was such a demanded topic.
Whatever format, I just hope they recognize more transparency and effort is needed on communication, especially around performance topics.
