Rewards for reaching 3600 cp

After 10 years of playing eso i'm about to reach the cap (missing 25 cp) but sadly this is not associated whith any meaningful akivement or reward.
I really miss a sense of progression in this game.
Zos please give us some incentive or meaning for leveling up. Something estetic would be fine it doesn't have to be combat related.

Putting rewards on CP would somewhat force ZOS to acknowledge that the current implementation of CP is not going to be drastically changed again.

However, if there were rewards associated with CP, ZOS should do what they did for alliance ranks (titles, furnishings, and dyes).

    Favorite Foods and Potions
    https://media.giphy.com/media/3otPoTggaYFNd1FdAI/giphy.gif
    • Parse Food for PvE:(DPS) Ghastly Eye Bowl (increases Max Magicka by 4592 and Magicka Recovery by 459 for 2 hours).
    • Gold/Purple Food for Sorc PvP and Meme Tanking:(PvP) Clockwork Citrus Filet (increases Max Health by 3326, Health Recovery by 406 [useful if stage 1 vampire], Max Magicka by 3080, and Magicka Recovery by 338 for 2 hours). Witchmother's Potent Brew (Increase Max Magicka by 2856, Max Health by 3094, and Magicka Recovery by 315 for 2 hours.
    • Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
    • Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).

None, please! I think it's better to not make a reward for hitting max CP (especially a cosmetic reward), as it would incentivize people to grind experience, which is terribly repetitive.

Games that reward mindless repetition tend to have communities that get used to doing boring repetitive content, which is just not the vibe I prefer. Instead, achievements should be based on accomplishing things with skill and effort, not just time. (Except crafting research lol, what can you do)

We're all different—if someone likes leveling CP, they should set their own reward. Have a max CP birthday party, make a brag post, buy yourself something expensive, go wild.

Getting to level 50 is a goal. Getting to CP 3600 is a limit, not a goal. That's just my perspective!

Sorry for my comment, but just to put things in perspective: it's not mandatory. Nobody is forced to grind. We can also let it go over time, or push a bit once in a while when in the mood for it... That's a decision we take on our own, depending on how urgent it is for us to get the associated reward.

Now for me personally, it seems that the reward is integrated in the concept? We get a bonus each time we complete a category. We even get partial bonus since it's scaled with % for most.

Funny enough, you can’t unlock every star with 3,600. Somewhere along the line, more CP were added and the cap was never raised.

Well i did reach the cap witout doing any black rose prison grind so it's not necessarly a grind.
PvP leveling is rewarded with unique furnishings, costumes and titles so i don't see why the PvE one shoulden't be the same.

For years "mindless repetition" has been more or less the only way this game can be played. All those "do this 30 times" achievents (or 160 times!), not to mention the countless times many things have to be repeated for a stupid lead to drop - or worst of all, the wonderfully considerate anniversary "present" we got, which was "repeat these really silly tasks as long as the event is active" just for the chance that one of the otherwise unavailable "rewards" drops. I aslo can't forget thinking of the many times a dungeon, arena or trial has to be repeated to fill the sticker book because weapons and jewelry only drop from the last boss.

    It's all repetition. :(

imagine right in a minute of obtaining CP3600 a sudden "BOOM!!!" the flash of bright blinding azure light and the Princess Gina Tharn with the angelic voice does proclaim:
"GAME OVER @thesepulki218 ! YOU HAVE BEATEN ESO!"
and you find your character level 4 no CP at the entrance into your Alliance starter zone...

just kidding, but @ZOS could grant an extra free character slot for the achievement, even beyond the 20 limit. B)

I liked the previous system with diminishing returns on powers but the ability to have them all active over this one which you can only have four or twelve (the best four of a constellation) equipped. After I tested many builds and decided on a few to use, I stopped bothering with CP and I didn't even reach 2000.

I agree but also I wish this philosophy existed for the whole game. Seems like “mindless repetition” dailies and 50-fragment collectable grinds are the norm for ESO now. Putting cosmetic rewards for CP3600 would honestly be right in line with the way things have been going.

there technically are rewards for cp, though none for hitting max rank (there is an achievement which rewards a dye for spending at least 1 champion pt, and 3 series of achievements for spending at least 150 pts in each cp tree, essentially reaching cp 450, though these have no tangible rewards aside from the achievement pts)

such a small % of the playerbase is even at or near the cp cap right now and most people might not ever even reach that if they are more casual players or playing multiple accts

PvP does have a similar issue though. Rank 49 in the alliance war grants you a skillpoint, an achievement, a title, and a new dye. Rank 50 grants you a skill point... ZoS logic is weird sometimes.

this is not a game of rewards. There are plenty of hard achievements, or ones that take a huge amount of time investment, that have little to no rewards. Go play gw2 or wow if you want a game with actual rewards. Sad but thats how zos does things.
