Unfortunately, the steps provided did not resolve the problem.

After several failed attempts to reconnect, a friend of mine suggested a different approach: stop trying to log back in and wait for at least one hour before attempting again. This strategy ultimately worked, and I was able to re-enter the game after waiting.

I believe the issue might have been related to one of the following:
-Server synchronization issue- it’s possible that the server needed time to reset or synchronize my account status after I was disconnected. Immediate attempts to reconnect likely caused a loop of conflicts that prevented me from logging back in.
-Server overload- it’s also possible that the server was facing high traffic, and waiting allowed it to recover.

After reading posts from other people with same issues, I’m inclined to believe it was the first option.

    Best regards
    Mario.
