The IA collectable fragments such as Maligraphic Ichor, Disgusting Spoils, etc. continue to drop even after their associated achievements are completed. They are bound and cannot be traded, and are completely useless at this point with the only option being to destroy them. They also take up a spot for other possible drops like style pages and furnishing plans.

ive been kind of storing them in my bank right now in case they do anything new with themplays PC/NA
