Clockwork City Brass Fortress Wayshrine map blank

We were in Clockwork City today doing the daily boss, after picking up the quest went to use the brass fortress wayshrine and when I open it the map is "blank" with just the background color showing .. walked out the city doors and then used the area map to travel to the boss fight. After the boss traveled back and turned in the quest, brass fortress wayshrine map was still blank. Discovered if I go to options, select a different location, then select clockwork city again, then the wayshrine map works.
