Minimum CP requirement for IA still bugged in group finder

If I create an entry for the Infinite Archive and set a minimum CP, once it’s posted it still shows 0 CP minimum. This has been an issue since it was released. I didn’t see anything in the PTS patch notes about it, is this ever getting fixed?
