Azandar's Favor Achievement still broken

I can't complete the Azandar's Favor Achievement. Visiting a Mundus Stone doesn't work and crafting a tea provisioning item also doesn't work. The Ayleid well portion worked on the other hand, where many people had problems with in the past. Please fix it!
