Cyrodiil scripting

Hi,
Cyrodiil scripting is completely out of control.
You look at any combat log of so-called "skilled" player, usually running around resource towers and you see perfectly synthetic GCD waves.
Scripts put commands in tight server processing queue groups and they make the servers queue opponents heal ticks, break-frees and even dodges completely behind and not in between.
Large problem are obviously nightblades with server prioritized invisibility, that brings any following scripted burst combo always on top of server processing queue.
Usual result of Nightblade burst is opponent standing in lag 1-2seconds after break-free, without processed heal ticks or atteptted dodges and that's usually fatal.
The largest problem are obviously so-called "ball groups" killing server-frozen players in lag while over-spamming server processing queues.
That's not a gameplay when players are directing all efforts towards abusing server processing instead of actually thinking and playing.

There is no chance for you DEV's saying that server command queueing and processing works well, because the actual meta playstyle in Cyrodiil is the abuse of server command queueing.
I play this game since 2016. Don't tell me you can't come with actual working server processing setup.

Cyrodiil is in the worst state ever.
All about tight command group queueing script spam. Direct abuse of the engine without thinking.

I mean, I remember years back during VET16 times, when you brought most of the command processing from client side to server side because there was a flood of memory injecting hackers flying around and all kinds of stuff. But you never made server side processing really work. It's horrible.

I also remember years back when you announced and brought down actual amount of processing power and server hardware, right after the server side processing transformation when the performance really went down and never went up since then. Cyrodiil is simply not profitable investment for you, we understand that.

Can't you at least finely tune what you have?

I'm not sure scripting is as big a problem as you say. But it's really hard to know. ZOS skimps big time on server resources dedicated to Cyrodiil, and it's getting to be less and less resources fairly regularly. So performance just isn't what it's supposed to be. It's really hard to tell what is the result of lag or actual skilled rotations or even scripting.

    Greetings,

After further review we have decided to move this thread to a category we think is more appropriate for this topic, as it's about Cyrodiil.

    Thank you for your understanding
