How To Get Help With Quest

Ok, so when I go to the official ESO support page, select in-game support, Windows, Need help with a quest, all I get is an article telling me how to select the quest in-game and select "get help" ok that's great, but the issue is, the quest is not showing up in-game and that's exactly the issue, so this article is not helpful at all. It's like they purposely make it difficult to submit a ticket by simply having all of these pre-defined issues, and giving generic solutions, and not letting us simply submit a ticket in our own words.



Here is my issue, but I'd love to be able to actually submit a support ticket on this, but if anyone knows of an answer, I'll look to the player base since Beth doesn't allow me to voice my issue:

I am unable to complete Cadwell's Gold due to the fact that it shows Stormhaven incomplete due to the fact that supposedly, I still need to save the Spirit Wardens at Pariah Abbey, which is a quest line where you start out by putting out the fires there (Fire In The Fields) and save the Wardens. First off, I specifically remember doing this full zone story. Secondly, I confirmed the full zone story at Pariah Abbey (and all of Stormhaven story for that matter) is completed using two different addons. So it was definitely completed, yet if you go to Cadwell's Gold tab in the quest journal, it's showing incomplete due to the fact that I still need to save the Spirit Wardens at Pariah Abbey in Stormhaven.

Any way to fix this? Also, I have no quest to reset or abandon because I have no more quests for Stormhaven in my quest log, and for good reason... because I did them all.

As this appears to be a technical issue with the UI not showing the quest as completed despite having done so, I would recommend using this path to submit a ticket.
