Why are players allowed to glitch through half broken postern walls in unflagged keeps. PS NA

There is a specific player who continuously breaks a postern wall until at least 60% then gets on their mount and jumps through the hole made in the wall. Not only does this person do it but I have seen other players on different alliances do it as well. Surely you can deal with these people who are blatantly going against ZOS code of conduct by using an exploit to enter an unflagged keep. I have reported the person in question and nothing seems to be done. This person is proud of the fact they can get away with it. Am I wrong here? This person also uses their mount speed and jumps from the front door upper ledge of Chalman Keep to illegally enter it inside. Is this allowed? Please corrrect me if I am wrong. This specific person is promoting exploitation and cheating within your game. I do not understand why you are allowing it. Just to clarify this is happening in Gray Host Cyrodiil usually in Chalman Keep on Playstation North America. I think it's disgraceful for your organsisation to turn a blind eye to such obvious exploitation.

It would help a lot if you can save the video if you see it happening and find someone here in the moderation team or a developer to take a look at it by sending them a link.

ive seen this kind of thing happen on occasion, usually the back side of roe from the LM side

dont see it too often though, nor do i keep track of the people i see do it lol
