Max HP dropping potential bug

Hello! I would like to report a bug with my Dragonknight Imperial character that I've taken notice of recently. As you can see on the video, my max health gets reduced to 21k (17k without food) when changing locations. If I decide to use my armory Orc and apply my saved build, it gets back to normal hp (24k). The video shows that I'm using the same sets/CP and the food buff is applied, therefore it clearly is a bug that removes max hp from my character. Same happens with my pvp build, I have 33k HP, but it gets reduced to 29k HP when I enter battlegrounds. As you can understand, this affects my experience in PVP drastically due to the lack of necessary health. Same goes for group content in PvE. Would it be possible to get feedback on this? Thanks a lot!
