Unable to whisper-And I think I found out why.

Hey. I've come across a bug where I'm unable to whisper to some people. I get an "account not found" error message when I do. After many questions and trial and error with people in zone chat, I think I found out why. It has to do with the display name. When I have the display name under "Prefer Character Name," and try to whisper to people, often times (not always, but often times) it gives me the "account not found" error message but when I toggle the display name to "Prefer UserID" it works on the same people and I can whisper to those same people. I sent in two tickets, one before and one after discovering this.
