We post our bug reports here in the forums but the bugs don't get fixed and reports stay unanswered for years even as more reports are added to confirm the problems. Frustration increases.
Maybe we aren't being ignored and disrespected, but rather their Bug Reports threads are also broken and the devs just can't see them?

Also I remember reading some article about submitting bug reports. Each one says something about once a bug report is submitted it may not recieve a direct written response. The appropriate team does read the bug reports, find the bug, and fixes it.0
