At the very end of the quest, when you bring the lute to Maraamur, it is impossible to interract with him, give him the lute, and complete the quest. I have completed this quest before with another character, so it is a new bug. It was being discussed by several people in zone today who have had the same experience, so is verified. Relogging, abandoning and restarting, reloadui, etc. do not help.
