Set Kyne's Wind does not work with Refreshing Path

Set Kyne's Wind does not work with Refreshing Path, although there is a suitable buff there, and this set previously worked from it.

Something similar is happening with set Crimson Oath. Refreshing Path and the new Dark Cloak can no longer trigger the effects of these sets, which restricts support NB's skill options a lot. I can't seem to find anything about this in the patch note, could dev clarify if this was an intentional change? @ZOS_Kevin

It stopped working with the release of the high island, I was just too lazy to write about it

while it would passively give those buffs, doesnt that skill still proc the NB passive ability for major resolve for the armor buff? or is the passive that is granting those considered a proc and thus does not trigger a gear proc?

the shadow barrier passive is the one that grants major resolve for casting any shadow skill line ability
