1. Better quality animations in general
2. Hair that has realistic physics/ animations (stand on end when falling or slightly moves in the breeze, something like that)
3. Costumes should have individual parts to dyeable such as tops, pants, hats, shoes, and gloves( to dye stuff separately for costumes )
4. Dyeable major adornments, hair, body/face markings, and fur patterns( for kahjiits )
5. Back items/accessories (wings, cloaks, capes, scarfs, backpack items, etc)
6. Dyes can be bought and not just by achievements also more dye colors and textures
7. Silly ingame titles
8. Non combat pvp such as mount races or team challenges like obstacles courses

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. It's not that hard.2 -
