downloaded a visualizer after checking to see my shift key was still working to show this bug
shift is bound to sprint as shown in video
zoning out to get back into the 60 minute queue fixes the bug, but that's still 60 minutes of time lost due to the bug.
if players know how to reliably induce this bug, they can force the enemy faction to never have access to sprinting
(was also unable to sprint on mount)
