Transmutation Geode Contents

Please allow us to see the contents of the Transmutation Geodes after we reach the Transmute Crystals cap. Usually I'm always on the cap of Transmute Crystals and I'd like to decide which Geodes I keep on characters storage and which ones I destroy. I end up destroying most Geodes because I can't see what's inside, and I'd like to keep those with more than 10 Transmute Crystals. I can do that with other containers but somehow it doesn't work with the Transmutation Geodes, I just get the message "You cannot hold any more Transmute Crystals" without being able to see the contents.

Strange that not all players know that for 25 crystals you can make items from the full stickerbook collection, store them and, if necessary, disassemble them, returning 25 crystals back. In this way you can store an almost unlimited number of crystals.

I have no more space on home storage chests for that too.

I'm perfectly fine with the amount of Transmutes I have stored for a long time. That's not a problem. My suggestion is only related to the geodes. At this moment I destroy most geodes, like I said before, but I wouldn't mind to keep the bigger ones. If we could see the content of the geodes we could decide which ones we keep and those we prefer to destroy. I'm ok with the cap, I just wanted to see the contents of the geodes.

Play Nirn casino then. Transmute any weapon to Nirn, then decon it. Hope for the best. This way you can free some space for geodes, then look into it to see who is 5, 10, 15, 50 crystals...

For better results with this, use purple weapons (like dropped trash gear). Higher color quality gives a better chance at getting the style and trait mats back.

Sure about that? As is statistic or in game documentation. crafted lvl 1 white iron dagger or axes tend to have around 75% chance for nirm drop. Yes its easy to just store some bad purple weapons from vet dungeon runs or quests and use for this.
Do quite some pvp so always has to do this.

If you're at cap you can always try upgrading items to gold with just 1 mat

You can open it and see without taking them though?

No, it doesn't work at my end. Maybe it's a problem with my account then. I just get a message saying that "You cannot hold any more Transmute Crystals" but I'm not allowed to see the content. If I'm supposed to be able to see the content then I'll need to send a ticket reporting my problem. Thanks.

At this moment I wouldn't mind to offer about 1000 Transmute Crystals, and I think that we should be able to offer it to friends or guildies. But unfortunately we can't or I don't know how to do that.

Maybe you have something with auto-looting set? In my case I have plenty of geodes, and all "open", which means I once opened them, checked the amount of gems in them, but didn't remove, so I can get them when I need them.

If you turn Auto Loot off (Settings > Gameplay > Items > Auto Loot) you should be able to open any container and see its content without taking the items.

I use FCO ItemSaver and it has a setting that disable autoloot of containers, so I can have auto loot active for everything excpect containers.

If you don't need/want to use this addon, I saw that there is another one that should take care of looting options, it's called "Lykeion's Much Smarter AutoLoot". It has a lot of different settings.

I use FCO ItemSaver, but I just turned Auto Loot off like you said and it still doesn't work. Looks like there's definitively something wrong at my end. And this isn't even new behavior, I only asked now, but it has always been like this -- once I reach the Transmute Crystals cap I'm no longer able to see the geodes contents.

just do what mocap described above with the nirncrux shuffle, you're flushing gold down the toilet.
