Daughter of Giants - Terror vanishes/stuck in Coldharbor

I was just playing through the quest to rescue Lyris from Coldharbor ("Daughter of Giants"). I was fighting the last foe, her Terror, and it was nearly defeated. I am not sure if it was killed or nearly dead, but it vanished up into the air and is gone. The quest indicator still says I am supposed to defeat it, but it is missing. I cannot use the exit portal to Tamriel until it is defeated, and since it is a main story quest I cannot abandon it and retry it from the start. I tried to leave the room using the door by which I entered, but I just re-enter the Terror-room.

I am playing as an Argonian Dragonknight and was using Obsidian Shard I, Blood Craze I, and Volatile Armor I, mostly spamming Blood Craze as Shard did little damage. Nothing seemed strange about the encounter until the disappearance. It seemed like the same battle as the version I fought in Beta up to that point.
