I redeemed 3 Day Early Access Instead of 5 day

I had both a 3 day early access code and a 5 day one and I accidentally redeemed the 3 day one first and now I cannot redeem my 5 day one, could I please get some help, I have contacted support with no reply.

I am having the same issue and can not get support either. I have tried to make a new account but of course I can not make one with the same email and I really do not want to make a new email for this.
