Have not received any of my pre-order perks in early access

I ordered the Imperial Edition from Amazon back in February. After ordering it, Amazon sent me my early access code which I redeemed. Little did I know that the code only allows me 5 day early access. I don't have access to any of the digital perks that are supposed to be available to me. I have to wait for the physical box to be delivered so that I can get the code from it to grant access to these perks. These perks were supposed to be available during early access. Now I can't choose which alliance I want because it's still race restricted. What good is early access to me now?? I'll have to re-create a new character anyway to play the way I wanted. Now Bethesda is saying that I need to contact the retailer. Are you kidding me? They got the access codes from your company. They are just a vendor for your product. This was a huge oversight on Bethesda's part IMO. That access code SHOULD have allowed me access to the digital perks during early access. I've been waiting most of the day for customer service to contact me and so far nothing. I'm pretty disappointed with this to say the least. I expected better from you Bethesda.
