NB standing up upon taking damage

The last few days, my friends and I have experienced an interesting (read: aggravating) issue where when taking damage from players or guards in cyrodiil, our characters will be pulled from stealth and we will stand. We then have to crouch again, but the moment you get hit, stand up.
This is a new phenomenon. Normally if you get hit with damage that breaks your stealth, you remain crouched.

✭Update: we've now had it happen without taking damage, but being "detected." The moment the eye opens my character will randomly just stand up.I drink and I stream things.0
