I have waited 3 months for early access and got up early to play only to be denied by a problem I had in beta. Video freezes but it seems like the game keeps going, i know this because my mouse cursor turns to a hand on a certain window of the screen and the narrator is still talking in the cinematic when it freezes. Seems a little like they got a lot more money and sales by giving us "Early access", when in fact it's basically advanced beta. Every solution given by the support has failed, with only more questions.

I hear ya...I wish I could help, I have been up since 7 am and even days before I have been trying to get my launcher to even open, now I can't even get to the damn log in screen.

That's really strange, I didn't have any issues like that in the beta. The only problems I ever encountered in the beta were disappearing NPC's, and that was only during the stress test. I'm not really sure what to suggest, I haven't seen the issue you're describing.

i hope not. seriously considering doing something else with that money right now.

this pet issue is really irritating, and just now they put up a reminder about it so pretty much means a ton of people have done the same thing.

I am having many problems to connect and also falling during the game connection is horrible, I created my character without giving the zoom on his face, already redeemed my imperial items, and this too bad to play .. = / I'll play another game while no improvement

Make sure your video drivers are up to date, and run the game with the graphics on the lowest setting. That usually helps. Then you can tweak settings and work on customer support after your characters are safely created.
