Can't get out of Sheogorath's realm

I'm in Sheo's realm by mage guild quest. I'm level 6. There is a quest to defeat a monster of 8 level. But I'm to weak and my equipment is damaged. So I decided to defeat it after several levels. But I can't return to Tamriel. Door is closed, i can't use it. I have typed "stuck", but after death character resurrects in same area. Restarting game also didn't help. What can I do?

I'd say try opening the map, zoom out until you see the wayshrines and travel directly to one of them

But in Sheo's realm there is only map of itself, there aren't maps of Tamriel locations.

It did work. I found button "locations".
