Four tickets in 7 days, issue STILL not dealt with. [RESOLVED]

As the title reads, I've now submitted four tickets to try and have my account downgraded from the Imperial to Standard edition. For some unknown reason, customer support are not getting my email responses which is why I've had to create so many tickets. The last one was submitted yesterday in response to one which was received on Friday, which confirmed I could get a refund on the Imperial in order to allow me to purchase the Standard edition; all I had to do was confirm that I was happy to cancel my Imperial edition - which I have done.

Whilst I appreciate support will be busy, I'm desperate for this to be resolved so I can start playing. I'm fearful that now early access has begun I won't get the refund that I've asked for. Please note that I have NOT yet started playing ESO.

If it's any help, the latest ticket ref is 140329-001910. I would appreciate if this matter could be resolved ASAP. Thank you.
