Can't choose class

Okay so I am pretty peeved right now. Went into the game to make my character and noticed that instead of being able to choose my class I have a square grey box in the middle of the class selection section with a question mark in it. I thought that was pretty weird and figured it must be a bug so I logged out and went back in. Still there.

So I decided maybe there was some new weird thing going on and I was going to have to choose in the tutorial or something. Went on to make my character, experiencing the same problem as a few other players with the whole being unable to zoom into my characters face.

I can't enter the game without a class. I can't play at all. I wanted to let you guys know about this bug, as it does not seem to be a known issue. I paid to be able to play 5 days extra, and really don't want to see one of my days being erased due to being unable to play.

Please fix this and soon.

same problem...only solution the support gives you, is to click on repair in ur launcher and re-download *** 8gb!...its ridiculous...

Same problem encountered (NA server). Cannot create a character because I can't select a class (creation fails if I try anyway). Also cannot zoom in to the face - separate known issue - but can't implement the workaround of a "throwaway" character, because I can't create one!

I repaired the game launcher, as was suggested above by Foofighter5. It fixed it. Hope that helps you Davidbarry.
