Hello, I have both the Imperial Edition and Explorer's Pack.

When I joined I only got 2 in-game mails with Pledge of Mara and the Monkey, where are the Scuttler and Mudcrab mails?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again.

I can confirm that some people have them, as I have seen someone with their Scuttler Pet and Treasure Maps.

I would like to know why I have only got my Beta and Pledge of Mara and not my Scuttler or Mudcrab.

I thought we weren't supposed to get those items until 4.4.14? Did they give some out early?

In a similar situation myself. I was able to create an Imperial and I have the scroll for the Rings of Mara as well as the BETA monkey pet but that's all that I received. For what it's worth I pre-ordered the Imperial Edition from GameStop.

I didn't get the Explorer's Pack items either and I pre-ordered the Imperial Edition from Best Buy.

i'm in the same boat as the rest of you i got my little monkey pet for the beta and the thing for the rings of mara but no mudcrab pet or scuttler vanity pets and no treasure map and there are those online already claiming to have recieved there maps already

You should receive it on April 4th, but they sent them early to some accounts by mistake.

Considering it's mixed content, not simply a missing add-on activation. Mudcrab is Imperial edition bonus, Scuttler and Maps an explorer pack bonus. Looks like our 'entitlement' codes are activated on our accounts just fine. I've been seeing some players in game with the scuttler and mudcrab, so they are apparently working for a few.

Not sure how the treasure maps work, a few sites indicated those may simply be a higher percentage drop rate added to our account. Others said it's a bundle that we receive.

For now going on the theory some pets accidentally unlocked early for a few players. Rather see them fix the face zoom character creation issue and other bugs for the moment before complaining too loud . Give them some time to work out the pet deliveries, maybe the pets got held up by customs, hehe.

For those of you continuing to post the "official" response, that does not have anything to do with missing Treasure Maps or Scuttler pet. The Explorer pack was something that was advertised as available at the start of Early Access, not waiting until April 4th.

(not that I was expetcing them either, given their inability to give them to us in the last beta)

Not quite. The FAQ states that "The full range of in-game benefits from the Explorer's Pack will be unlocked on April 4, 2014."

ETA: I assume those with boxed versions will receive a redemption code in the box, once it arrives. Suppliers of the digital edition may send an additional code for the in-game toys nearer official launch day?

No need

If you haven't received your items after launch day, that is the time to submit a ticket, but cluttering up the CS inbox with this issue will not help you and will only slow down the support of those who genuinely need it (for example, those with issues logging in).

I only got two. I think the other three mails will come at launch.

The mod response didn't seem to address any digital download concerns regarding not receiving the entitlements.

I thought it had something to do with where you purchased. I bought mine from Gamespot, but my friend from theirs directly from the site. I got the 2 emails he got 5. So we "thought" that was the reason. If it is a glitch, they should just give everyone the stuff now then and "resolve" the issue that way. We've all paid for it anyway. So.....

I just got a reply from my support ticket, which hopefully answers this issue for most people:

"During the Early Access period, Imperial Edition customers who have entered their 5 Day Early Access code on their account will have access to the following:

- Play as an Imperial and craft Imperial gear
- Transform any gear to look like Imperial gear
- Imperial Horse
- Rings of Mara

All remaining bonus items will be available after launch day (4.4.14). I talked to a support agent about 5 minutes ago and they said they are going to email me back on the issue. Better get what i paid for, thats all im saying. If i would have known it would have been on my first character, i wouldnt have deleted him. Made 8 chars to reserve names, then deleted my very first to recreate my mains name, as did allot of others.

No it wasn't promised at early access, this is the official wording from the FAQ about the Explorer pack.

This is not acceptable. Part of the reason for the Explorer's Pack is the Treasure Maps. All of the low-level maps will be useless to most of us who started 5 days early since we probably will have out-leveled that gear by then.
