Refund for technical problems on EU servers

I am able to understand the technical problems that made logging into EU servers difficult. I can even accept that time to spend with Wife on trying log in to the game. I just have a question, how are you going to refund eso+ subscribers these inconveniences and the inability to collect daily rewards. I think that this was not my and my Wife question, hundreds of pissed off gamers and fans of this game too ...

    I just cancelled my plus, I have to do this about once per year until ZOS gets the message to fix their crap.

    They gave everyone five 150% XP scrolls for day one login for the problems we on PC-NA suffered... that was it. So if you got those scrolls too, then accept that it's your 'refund' for time lost.

    Considering some subscribe, some buy DLCs and others pay for neither a refund isn’t a simple prospect and as such is unlikely to happen. That is when before the TOS and such which permit Zenimax to take the game offline to perform work on it without compensating us.

    You can always submit a ticket with a request. Maybe they will see things your way. Good luck.
