Crit change, will it change the importance of war horn?

So I’m not sure how much crit bonus a DD tends to run. But I know the main attraction on my warhorn is the bonus crit damage. Will DD’s build for reaching the cap? And if so will that change the emphasis on warhorns?

    It depends, If critical damage is too high for some to benefit Major force but I do not know for certain, without buffs one could build for just 95% critical damage and the minor/major force will do the rest, if there is too much, it could be dialed back in the build, or one could even utilise the Band of Brutality to Reduce critical damage and buff base damage by 16% to allow the gap to be widened a bit.
    I know what you di-Iddly did... (you would be wise not to do that again during a time when Suspicion in the gaming space is at an all time high.)
    by not actually revealing real drop tables in the game for all items, you only prove what has been proven with proof of concept that you can/will manipulate item drop chances based on certain elements performed by the player.

    War Horn's 10% max stam/mag is too unique to pass up with a very long uptime. DD's will likely build up to 100-105% Crit Damage while support use Horn, Sax Colo, Horn.

    Well, i would love to see it in practice BUT i think that group organisation could stay the same, with Catalyst, War Horn, etc.

    But on a level of player, Crit CP, Backstabber, minor force... Could be replace with sets & cp with boost to base dmg.

    Or they will be used in solo or 4-man content.

    I wonder how much of a difference we would get ;)
