Almost every day disconect

So this has been happening this last week and always on prime time, ping shows normal (both in game and cmd prompt testing) and suddenly my character can't atack and everyone gets paralyzed, moments later it boots me to the main screen with the "ERROR: Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection.", I try to log back in and it doesnt let me, only after around a minute I can get to my character screen, and then the load screen takes ages and kick me back to the main screen with a message saying that I 'Lost lobby connection'. I'm always checking my internet ping as I play and not for a moment it went down or even had lattency issues, it is abit higher than usual (from constant 25ms to 30ms) but I don't see how this can be the problem.
I already tried flushing my DNS, deleting the ProgramData file and using the repair tool.

I can't even contact my internet provider because I don't have anything to bring to solve and my pc works normally for other games, one detail though, I alt tab alot of the game to use discord/youtube and other stuff and some times the game just won't let me back, one time it simply closed itself without even an error message.
