Do skills that reduce damage taken like minor protection or major evasion reduce your damage further even if you have 33000 armor?
So if I’m resistance capped and I pop ice fortress does minor protection reduce damage taken to 55% and then I pop blade cloak is my aoe reduction now 75%? Or is 50% like the maximum?

Merllow✭✭✭Armor stacks with a reduction buff. I don’t know about the cloak, because in the game the damage reduction does not add up according to the arithmetic rules + or -.This is where the damage reduction multiplier comes in.0

✭They stack but not additive. So Minor Protection won't make it 55% less damage. If it worked that way, obtaining a total of 50% mitigation from other sources would mean you take no damage.
If you have full armor, you take 50 of 100 incoming damage. With Minor Protection this is reduced by 5% so you take 47.5 damage. This way it's impossible to completely negate damage.Edited by MrBrownstone on 8 October 2021 08:320
